The Orca 160 is ideal for retailers, banks, cash offices or for those who count and check medium to high quantities of bank notes. With variable count speeds up to 1500 notes p/m, counterfeit detection, note size detection and add/batch function, the Orca 160 is fast, straight-forward to use and very, very reliable.

The variable note count speed option gives you control, as newer cleaner notes (e.g. from the bank) can go through the machine at faster speeds at 1500 notes per minute. Older or poor quality notes (e.g. direct from customers) should be counted at slower speeds (800 notes per minute) to avoid unwanted note jams or mis-feeds.

The add function can be manual or set to auto. This allows numerous bundles of notes to be counted (or not) separately.

The batch counting option gives you the ability to separate preset quantities of notes into bundled quantities ready for banking. For example you may wish to have the machine count £20 notes into £1,000 bundles, or £10 notes into £5,000 ready for the banking. With it's 10-digit batch keypad, you have the ultimate in felxibilty to batch notes in whatever quantities suit you.
The Orca 160 a special 'plastic notes' function (e.g. Australian Dollar, some Irish notes etc) and it is also pre-programmed for USD/Euro/GBP. This means that it is truly multi-currency enabled.

The size detection option allows you to set the machine to spot any 'rogue' note denominations hidden inside a bundle. For example a £10 note may be slipped inside a bunch of £20's. Without size detection, this £10 note could be passed as a £20 note. In this event, the machine will stop counting and present the note to you to check.
