The Portable Note Counter is mains or battery powered. It can be charged from the mains or run directly off the 12V cigar lighter adaptor included.

Surprisingly compact and very straightforward to use, the unit weighs only just over 3kg and it is supplied complete with a handly multi-pocketed carry case. Still it is not much bigger than a sheet of A5 paper (half of A4).

Simply insert bundles of pre-sorted banknotes into the machine (bundle of £10's or bundle of £20's etc), and start counting - simple! The majority of folds, creases and tears will not cause a problem for this device and the notes whizz though the machine very quickly at approx 1,000 per minute. The device is surprisingly quiet and it has a cleverly designed note-collection tray that folds neatly into the side of the machine when not in use, therefore limiting any potential damage from carrying it about.

    * Size detection is activated at the touch of a button. This is used when you wish to spot any 'rogue' denominations of notes inside a bundle. For example you may have accidentally put a £10 note among some £20 notes, which without Size detection would be otherwise passed as a £20 note
    * Note thickness detection is also activated at a touch of a button. This prevents and double notes going through at the same time yet being counted just as one note.
