4. The price you pay is the price displayed on Note Checkers . Com at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
5. Goods are subject to availability and the products may differ to the images displayed on the website. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, Note Checkers . Com staff will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
6. Note Checkers . Com will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
7. Note Checkers . Com staff will endeavour to send all items out to you within 48 hours of your order. Note Checkers . Com staff will make every attempt possible to contact you and confirm your order, giving the best advice possible to detail intended delivery schedules.
8. Note Checkers . Com will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
9. NoteCheckers.Com cannot be held responsible for any damage or injury suffered as a result of misuse of any product(s) or failure to observe the instructions enclosed with them.
10. All guarantees are given against defects in materials and workmanship, in normal use for the period stated with the product from the date of purchase. The guarantees are only valid if the product has not been altered, modified or reaired by anyone other than the manufacturer and are also invalidated where a replacement consumable item has been incorrectly fitted. The guarantees do not affect your statutory rights.
11. The Note Checkers . Com website uses Paypal for all credit card and debit card transactions. This means that we do not have access to your card details as they are not inputted or stored on our server.
12. If a customer makes a special import request which involves customisation of products, then we will do our utmost to ensure that the finished article is as close to the artwork provided as possible. We will supply draft artwork to the customer if required prior to the order being placed. Such draft artwork will be a guide only. The customer must approve this artwork and provide other supporting information such as pantone references etc at this point. During the manufacturing process Note Checkers.Com will forward images of goods to the customer where possible, if they have been made available to us. As the printing process is out of our control, NoteCheckers.Com accept no liability whatsoever if the artwork does not meet the requirements of the customer upon delivery. In this event, any monies paid to NoteCheckers.Com (or associated companies) will be non-refundable. Speical import requests are subject to 100% of funds paid in advance.
13. We do not retain any credit card information once orders have been processed.

Delivery Charge:
For orders less than £30 inc VAT, a delivery charge on all UK internet orders is £3.53 inc VAT however, for certain orders (depending on weight or value) which are not going to the UK, Note Checkers . Com reserves the right to make an additional charge. For UK orders over £30 inc VAT delivery to one UK address is free of charge until further notice. Please note: You are required to specify United Kingdom as your delivery country on the initial Paypal page in order to qualify for this.
Standard Delivery:
Individual Items and smaller quantities are despatched via Royal Mail First Class Recorded post. A signature will therefore be required on delivery. Larger quantities are despatched via courier.

We offer a 7 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order then simply return the products in perfect re-saleable condition with all the original packaging and we will be happy to refund the cost of the item. Goods must arrive to us within 7 days from the date of invoice in order to qualify.
